Remote works whenever the machine still starts and reaches the internet. It's the cheapest route and usually the fastest, so it's always worth asking about first.

Hardware work needs parts on hand, so these are booked after we've talked through the symptoms — usually the day after a diagnostic visit or a remote session. Longer jobs may need a second visit rather than one long afternoon; there's no extra travel charge for the return.
